Doe has been teaching DoeYin (Yin yoga / Qigong / Lataif) for over 2 decades. Her training is traditional in nature, emphasizing learning by actively practicing in order to reach a high level of experience and mastery as a teacher.

Doe’s knowledge stems form a deep understanding of the roots, origins and applications of Daoyin, an ancient Shamanic practice that means leading and guiding and the five element theory. The purging of pathogenic debris in DoeYin is achieved by setting up conditions to dissolve blockages in a transitional, fluid and non forceful manner. DoeYin activates our Spiritual, Physical, Mental and Emotional consciousness through the application of Sufis seven Lataif methodology. Sufis faculties development involves awakening spiritual centers of perception that lie dormant in every person. The unique Yin shapes that are developed in the DoeYin practice help target the vital and psychospiritual organs via the body’s fascia lines and meridians.

Given Doe's academic background and experimental experience in Micro and molecular biology, her profession in diagnostic as a trained Cytogenetic technologist, her studies of human psychology and behavior, her training in Chinese traditional medicine, martial arts and meditation, her compressive knowledge in all that is esoteric (numerology, astrology, energy alignment, to name a few) guided by a deep Sufi Spiritual path, allows Her to teach students intuitively and accurately to find the inner teacher within.

Doe's approach to teaching is nonjudgmental, flexble and compassionate, with the intention of being in the moment while keeping the integrity of feelings and the experience.

Doe strives to live an organic, sustainable life nurturing her body, spirit and mind with awareness. She believe life is to be lived and enjoyed consciously, accurately, and with a keen sense of integrity and responsibility to ourselves and our surroundings.
Doe has certifications in Spinning, Riki and 1000 + hours in intensive Yin Yoga, Qigong, Sabaki and Enshin Karate teacher training and teaching.

Shay will be offering a guided meditation/shamanic journey experience with intention to connect deeply with the land, the Earth Mother, each other and our individual and collective ancestral energies. We will be forging deep love filled connection with the Sacred Tree at Starstruck and from there grounding, inviting in sacred plant medicine energies through intention and releasing any density or jitters before following the mycelium like highway of light through Mother Gaia and far, far back through out ancestral lineage into the dawn of creation. We will be receiving love, messages, guidance and gifts throughout the journey and will return back home to the physical vessel alight with clarity, love, protection and deeper connection with all things.

Here’s what I plan on doing: you can expect a good ass yoga class. Whether you have a regular practice or are beginning or somewhere in between, an all levels class will include some breathwork, accessible posing, learning some shit, challenging your body in ways that seem so simple, yet somehow make you do something great (or even hard)
Moments of rest (or honestly if you just need a solid place to get on your mat and move in anyway that honors you, or spend time in stillness) ~ my goal is to offer a chance to get some good practice in and ideally leave feeling shifted in some way for the better. I try to stay away from gimmick-y or basic types of yoga , and offer you a glance into the realization of your own elements and power within you. It’s important to me that while we’re out here discovering how our energy works, that we channel it masterfully.
That, and having fun while we do it

One of the greatest keys to success is mindset. How do you view yourself and what you are worthy of? What is a threshold guardian and how do those affect manifesting your desires in business and life in general? How often do we give our power away and limit ourselves? Take control back over your experiences and write your own destiny. We will discuss various limitations and how to breakthrough them. This class will also have a neuroscience and psychology backing, but will also dive a bit into the rabbit hole, so grab on for a fun ride! The subconscious is the most powerful entity in our existence and controls much more than most realize. This class will go deep into what it takes to achieve your dreams in life!
I am building the persona of The Intellectual Hippie where Eastern and Western meet and Science backs Spirituality. Going deep into the basis of existence and hacking the code of this reality to experience deeper, richer and more passionately all that it offers!

Combining the relaxing properties of CBD or other plant medicines, the energy balancing of Reiki, and the vibrational therapy of sound healing, Katy and Rick create a deeply immersive and transformative experience that offers a unique pathway to inner peace. We'll begin the session with a brief overview of plant medicine and discuss comfort levels for consumption. As the plant medicine takes effect, Katy will guide you through a grounding meditation to quiet the mind, deepen the breath, and prepare the body for energetic alignment. Rick will then step in to provide soothing sounds with crystal bowls and vocal toning, easing the body out of "fight or flight" and into "rest and digest". After some light hands on (or off) Reiki for the group, there will be time for integration and discussion of any experiences attendees that may have arisen.

Jonathan Wheeler is a magician deathworker working as a hospice registered nurse. In this class he will share what can be expected when working with the dying from the physical and spiritual aspects. He will share techniques to use to assist the dying person as they begin to transition out of their physical form, and how to keep yourself clean energetically. He will lead the group through the death vision and share how you can lead a dying person through the process as well.

During this workshop people will complete crafting tasks as groups and then discuss how their experience was working with same and different energy types. This is more of an interactive experiment on how the different types complete tasks. It is focused specifically on type and strategy, we may touch on authority a bit as well.

Rick (The Bell Garden) offers a unique sound bath experience that includes music, quartz crystal bowls and vocal toning (singing a single note that resonates with the bowls and music), over the course of an hour of curated music. Participants are invited (but not required) to tone along with the facilitator, and with each other, to increase the healing power of frequency and vibration in harmony.

Sound is light in a different frequency, and sound baths offer the opportunity to imbue light with consciousness through the form of this ancient technology, as we tone together with conscious intent.

My healing journey started when I was young, but like many I ignored certain signs and invitations. Gratefully I started listening after a deeply moving, yet “accidental” Kundalini Awakening via Breath of Fire breathing in 2022, which was followed by many beautiful moments of awakening since.

Now that I am on a path of awareness, I'm honored to know that my history runs deeper than I realized and I'm so happy to carry that forward.
